Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents may apply for the PDL after passing their eyesight test and have a valid Traffic Police Basic Theory Test (BTT) passing result or the Police@SG mobile app with their SingPass; foreigners not eligible to apply for Singpass (work permit and student pass holders) can apply using FIN number and Date of Birth.
The PDL is valid for 2 years at $25.00. Fee is payable by eNETS, Visa, Mastercard and Debit Card.
*2B learner must complete Theoretical Orientation Lesson before applying for 2B provisional driving licence (PDL).
