Do I still need to take eyesight test for new course when I already have a qualified driving licence?

All Learners including Singapore qualified driving licence holders are required to complete and pass eyesight test for Class 2B, Class 3, Class 3A, Class 4 and Class 5 courses upon their enrolment and before applying for a provisional driving licence (PDL) at the Traffic Police website.
