Upon passing your practical test, students must return to the Customer Service Centre at level 3 as the training booklet will be returned to the student for keepsake. At the same time, students are to seek assistance at the counter to withdraw their student balance, if any.
All Singapore citizens, permanent residents, and foreigners holding valid work pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or Student/Long-Term Visit pass issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) can apply for a new QDL online via https://www.police.gov.sg/e-services or the Police@SG mobile application.
- Class 2B learners must attend and complete the ‘Expressway Familiarise Ride’ training programme. Upon completion, the learner may apply QDL 5 hours later.
- Ensured that you've taken your digital photograph at our Customer Service Centre. This digital photograph will be printed on your QDL. A service fee is payable.
- The application fee for a new QDL is S$50. Payment can be made online by e-ETS/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Debit card.
- Your new QDL will be mailed to you within 7 working days upon successful application.
