Yes. To cancel a booking, you must do so online at least 72 hours in advance, or 96 hours in advance if the booking follows a public holiday. After this time, you have the option to "Try-sell" your booked lessons. You will need to regularly check the status of your "Try-sell" booking. If another student accepts your "Try-sell" slot, the fee paid will be credited back to your student account.
No refund of fees if you are late or absent due to a medical condition or any reason whatsoever.
