Yes, simulator lessons can be cancelled at our Customer Service Centre or via our online student portal for the Class 3 or 3A courses. Express course learners must approach our Customer Service Centre for Simulator lesson cancellation.
It must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. If the simulator lesson falls on the day after a Public Holiday or SSDC rest day, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
No refund of fees if you are late/absent due to a medical condition or any reason whatsoever.
