Upon completing the on-road assessment, you will be required to:
Email a copy of the assessment form and the on-road assessment checklist at least 2 weeks before your date of birth to LTA_Assessment@lta.gov.sg
Submit a copy to Traffic Police via eServices
One-week notice via Contact Us must be given should you need to postpone your appointment. Only one postponement is allowed.
