You may enrol online or walk in for enrolment briefing at the Service Centre, which is available on weekdays at 9.30 am, 2.30 pm and 5 pm (no need appointment), and weekends at 10.30 am (by appointment only). Seats are limited in the briefing room.
After online enrolment, you are required to drop by at the same designated timings for the briefing, where an eyesight test will be conducted.
You may have your digital photo taken on the same day. This digital photo is to process your QDL when you pass the Traffic Police Practical Test. We will also hand you the learner booklet which you'll need for your lessons.

The registration fee paid is non-transferable and non-refundable.
