- Proceed to enrol at our Service Centre during operating hours
- Documents needed during enrolment:
Class 4 ID NRIC/ Passport/ Singpass QDL Valid Class 3 or 3C Class 5 ID NRIC/ Passport/ Singpass QDL Valid Class 4 Log card Yes - Apply PDL before the commencement of the scheduled practical lessons.
Foreigners
- Meet the course pre-requisition.
- Apply for a Class 4/ 5 Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) via the Traffic Police website.
- You may proceed to enrol at our Service Centre during operating hours upon successful PDL application or prompted to go SSDC for an eyesight test during PDL application
- Documents needed during enrolment:
Class 4 ID Work permit, S Pass or E Pass QDL Valid Class 3 or 3C Signed company letter Yes (except E Pass holders) Class 5 ID Work permit, S Pass or E Pass QDL Valid Class 4 Signed company letter Yes (except E Pass holders) Log card Yes - Apply the PDL 2 hours upon completion of your eyesight test if you have not applied the PDL previously.
The course comprises one classroom theory lesson (English and Mandarin available) and five practical lessons with a Traffic Police practical test. Payment modes are cash, Cashcard and Nets.

For conversion cases, if you have been issued a new identification number (from FIN to NRIC) before or after booking a test date, you must update the changes with the Traffic Police Testing Section and the driving school before the test date. Otherwise, you will be disqualified from taking your test.
Centre operating hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9.15 am to 5 pm (close on Public Holidays)
- Saturday & Sunday: Appointment only
