When do I need to attend for Class 4 and Class 5 Proficiency driving test in order to renew my driving licence?

All Singapore Class 4 & 5 Driving Licence holders between the age of 65 and 69 years old are required to pass their proficiency driving test (PDT) annually at Singapore Safety Driving Centre (SSDC) in order to renew their driving licence. The requirements must be completed within two months before reaching the prescribed age. 

You are required to undergo and pass a medical examination with a registered medical practitioner. Upon completing the medical examination, you are required to submit the report to Traffic Police via e-Services and use Singpass to login.
