What do I need to bring on the day of my driving assessment (EVLA)?

 Vocational Licence Holders are to report at level 3 waiting area and bring along the following:


  • NRIC
  • Driving licence and Vocational Licence
  • LTA’s letter informing you to take the On-Road Assessment
  • Medical Examination on Fitness to Drive Report (with Parts I and II completed and certified by a General Practitioner)
  • Spectacles for driving, if required
  • Proper attire (Polo tee or shirt with long pants/ jeans and shoes; no slippers or sandals allowed)


Note :  Bus Vocational Licence holders is required to arrange and drive own minibus for the driving assessment. You are to park the bus opposite the driving centre.
