VL holders are required to bring along the following:
- NRIC
- Driving licence
- LTA’s letter informing you to take the On-Road Assessment
- Assessment on Fitness to Drive Report (with Parts I and II completed and certified by a General Practitioner)
- Spectacles for driving, if required
- Proper attire (Polo tee or shirt with long pants/ jeans and shoes; no slippers or sandals allowed)
