There are few potential reasons that may be causing the error messages:
Your PayNow service may not be linked to your bank application.
You have not updated to the bank application.
To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps to regenerate a new PayNow QR code:
Log out of your student account and log back in.
- Clear browser history, caches and cookies before logging in again.
Once logged in, navigate to the "shopping cart" section and proceed to payment once again.
Alternatively, you may switch to another device to process the payment via PayNow.
Please note: Avoid logging in from multiple devices simultaneously, as this may lead to access restrictions to the website.
