My payment was successful but I did not receive the e-Receipt. Why?

There are few possible reasons that result in an error, such as : 

 

1. The booking/payment page had timed out. 

2. You have no internet connection / weak connection. 

3. The website traffic is heavy which will cause slowness when loading page. Please do not refresh the payment page.

4. PayNow QR payment are best support by participating banks. You must link up PayNow by using your Singapore NRIC/ FIN or Mobile phone numbers to your bank account before proceeding to payment. 

5. You DID NOT use the auto generated PayNow QR code to make payment and had transact directly to SSDC UEN/ SSDC Bank Account Number/ Internet Bank Transfer. 

6. You have refreshed the payment page or close the payment browser while payment is in process. 

 

Please check with the bank on the transaction status or check the bank statement. Alternatively, you may Contact Us to check your enrolment status or payment records.
