How do I book the Traffic Police Theory Tests (BTT, FTT & RTT) online?

Follow the steps below to log in to our online Student Portal:

1. Click Secure Login
2. Key in your Student ID, which can be found on the cover of your student booklet or online receipt
3. Key in password
   • Enrolled at Customer Service Centre: First-time login, use default password (DOB in DDMMYY. Eg: DOB is 01 December 1990, key in 011290)
   • Enrolled online: Use the password created during eEnrol
     

For security reasons, ensure that your Student ID and password are always confidential.

After you've logged in to the online Student Portal, please follow the guide below:

1. Select Booking and Cancellation
2. Click New Booking
3. Under Type of Booking, choose Theory Test 
4. Under Type of Test, select Basic Theory Test, Final Theory Test or Ridding Theory Test
5. Click on Check for availability
6. Select desired test date

    7. Click the red Shopping Cart button (under Log out button) 

    8. Click Confirm Purchase

    9. On the Checkout page, click Make Payment

    10. For payment using a PC, open your bank app on your mobile phone to scan the QR code to complete the payment. 

          For payment using your mobile phone, please download NETSPay App.

*There will be no regeneration of e-receipt beyond this page (shown above), please save a copy or print it out for own reference.
