Can I cancel my Class 3 practical lesson?

Yes. However, that must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. If your practical driving lesson falls on the day after a Public Holiday or SSDC rest day, cancellation must be made at least 96 hours in advance. No refund of lesson fees, if you are absent due to a medical condition or any reason whatsoever. 

When a lesson is less than 72 hours before start time, the student will use the Trysell option to put up the slot for sale and monitor the try sell status online. If the try sell is successful, the practical lesson is cancelled, and the amount credited back to the student accounts. If the try sell is unsuccessful the student is required to attend the practical riding lesson; otherwise, the booking fees will be forfeited.

All learners are entitled to 18 cancellation counts of Practical lessons. Once you exceed your cancellation counts, a charge of $5.35 (inclusive of GST) will be imposed for every subsequent cancellation. The cancellation of the practical lessons can be done via our online student portal.
